Tic Tac Toe (“the App”) is developed by Faruk G. This page explains how data is handled when you use the App.

What data we collect

We do not collect or store any personal information such as your name, email, or account details.

The App uses third-party services that may collect limited data automatically:

Google AdMob – to show ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Uses device/advertising identifiers and IP address.
Firebase Analytics – to collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g. which screens are opened) to improve the App.
Firebase Crashlytics – to collect crash reports so we can fix errors and improve stability.

How data is used

To display ads and measure ad performance (AdMob).
To understand general usage trends (Firebase Analytics).
To diagnose crashes and bugs (Crashlytics).

Consent and choices

The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required by law:

European Union / UK (GDPR): On first launch, a consent form lets you accept or refuse personalized ads. Refusing still allows ads, but they will be non-personalized.
United States (CPRA/CCPA and similar laws): In applicable states, you may opt out of sale/sharing of data through a consent form.

You can revisit your choice at any time in the App’s Settings → Privacy options menu (where required by law).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict data processing. Because we do not store personal data ourselves, these rights apply mainly to Google’s processing. See:

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
