Privacy Policy

Effective: 1 November 2025

Tic Tac Toe: Ultimate+Infinite is published by Ethereon Studio. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the game, why it's processed, who processes it, and your choices.

Quick summary

  • No accounts; game state and settings are stored locally on your device.
  • We use Google AdMob to show ads and Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance) to understand usage and fix issues.
  • Where required (for example in the EEA/UK/US states), we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and honor your consent preferences. You can revisit them in Settings → Privacy & Consent.

Data we process

On-device only

Game progress, difficulty, and other in-game settings are saved locally on your device. We don't run our own servers for this game. All online processing related to ads, analytics, consent, and diagnostics is handled by Google (Firebase, AdMob, and UMP) acting as our service provider.

Advertising (AdMob)

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process: Advertising ID / App Set ID, IP address (for approximate location), device/OS info, ad interactions, and technical logs and diagnostics (such as error codes and performance data). Google may use this data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention; some of this data is shared within the ads ecosystem. You can opt out of personalized ads via consent and/or system settings.

Details: AdMob data disclosures

Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

Pseudonymous usage data (for example, screen views, session counts, and basic device information) helps us understand how the game is used and improve gameplay and UX. Reports are generally viewed in aggregate, not at the individual user level. We don't use Analytics features that link to ads unless you've consented where required.

Diagnostics (Crashlytics & Performance)

Crash reports and performance metrics (startup time, network reliability) help us find and fix issues. These SDKs act as service providers processing data on our behalf. In regions where consent is required (for example, the EEA/UK), Crashlytics and Firebase Performance are only enabled if you've consented to analytics.

Why we process data & legal bases

  • App functionality & improvement (gameplay, stability, performance).
  • Advertising (showing, measuring, and improving ads; fraud prevention).

Legal bases. In the EEA/UK we rely on consent for ads and analytics. If you decline, we show non-personalized ads and limit analytics signals. Crash reporting and performance monitoring are also disabled in that case. Outside those regions, we rely on legitimate interests to maintain the game and prevent fraud, and consent where required by law.

Your choices

  • Consent & preferences: Open Settings → Privacy & Consent in the game to review your choices.
  • Ads & identifiers: You can reset or limit your device's Advertising ID in Android Settings. After a reset (and/or uninstalling the game), future analytics and ads data for this app will not be linked to previous data.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share data with service providers that enable the game--primarily Google (AdMob and Firebase). AdMob may "share" certain data within the advertising ecosystem for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. See Google's pages for details:

Retention

We don't host your game data. Third-party providers (Firebase, AdMob, and related Google services) retain data under their own policies and settings. Retention periods for analytics, crash reports, and ads logs are documented in those services' privacy materials and may change over time.

International transfers

Google may process data on servers outside your country (e.g., the US). Google provides contractual safeguards as described in their terms.

Children

This game is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child is using the game or that we have collected personal data about a child, contact us and we'll work with our providers to address it.
